Phipps of Surfside, SC; her sons, Jeremy Phipps (Amanda) and Jason Daniel Phipps of Concord, N. C; her grandchildren, David Yanez Phipps, Mathew Daniel Phipps of Concord, NC, Raylon C. Phipps and Lennox Boyd Phipps of Tega Cay, SC; and her siblings, Dale (Hellene) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joyce Welch of Thomasville, NC., Faye, Billy, Bobby and Rickey.
Memorial donations may be sent to the Sewing Seeds of Hope a legitimate ministry of getting mistreated women off the streets of India by teaching them a sewing trade.
