He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Dean Middleton, Sr.; his brothers, Willie Dean Middleton, Jr. and Herman Clayton Middleton; and his nephew Bill Graham. He is survived by: his sister Frances Jannette Middleton; his niece Deandra Graham; and his nephews, Deano Middleton, III (Rita) and Clark Middleton (Mina). He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
