She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank James and Edna Hazel McNeil James; and her husband Grady Dean Smith. She is survived by: her children, Janet Lee Colvard (Randall), Jimmy Dean Smith, Lydia Gail Gibson (Keith) and Pamela Jean Love; her siblings, Sylvia Jean Childers, Hazel Elaine Bass, Jody Wingler (Buck) and Ricky Lee James (Becky); her grandchildren, Nick Colvard (Pamela), Angela Bracey (Dee), Jamie Lee Dell, Tonya Gibson (David) and Tommy Gibson (Ashley); and her brother-in-law Malcom Smith. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 8 great- great- grandchildren.
