He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartsell V. Perry, Jr. and Mattie Stowe Perry; his wife Jacqueline Carnes Perry; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Reid, Wanda Seymore and Beverly Perry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Prudence Perry of Concord, NC and Kimberly P. Smoutherson (Dereck) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Alleson Briggs, Kevin Briggs, Jr., Kalen Briggs, Kemryn Allen-Perry, Chancellor Perry and Kaydence Smoutherson; and his siblings, Rev. Frederick Perry (Vanessa) of Kannapolis, NC, Michael Perry (Mary) of Cleveland, NC and Tammy Neal (Ricky) of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews' cousins, and friends.
Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
