He is survived by: his girlfriend Stephanie Mehlrose of Kannapolis; and his children, Cheryl Stein (Robert) of Ronkonkoma, NY, Karen Costanzo (Joseph) of Miller Place, NY and Fred Bartasek, Jr. (Victoria) of North Salem. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
