She is survived by: her children, David Raymond Winecoff III and Trina Diane Winecoff; her siblings, Sharon O'Kelly, Ronald Cooper and Steve Cooper; and her sisters-in-law, Linda L. Winecoff and Sara L. Rodgers. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
