With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Louise Drake of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brenda Louise Drake to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. C. Thomas and Alma Buchanan Thomas of Spruce Pine; and her sisters, Mary Kathryn Thomas and Patty Thomas Goris. She is survived by: her husband Steve Drake of Kannapolis; her children, Alex Drake (Jessica), Charlotte of Cary, Maisie of Cary, Parker Drake of Cary and Hillary Marsee (Matt); her grandsons, Clark and Harrison Marsee of Kannapolis; and her brother Bobby Thomas of Mt. Airy, N. C.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
