She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Callicutt and Eva Callicutt. She is survived by: her sisters, Ramelle Lentz and Gwen Perdue; her husband Bob Bowles; her daughters, Freda Kay Green, Lee Ann Presley and Victoria Tysinger (Torey); her grandchildren, Jamie Hill, Branden Hill, Whitney Allen and Zack Tysinger; and her great grandchildren, Lola Harvey, Marlee Hill, Olivia Allen and Lana Allen.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that donations be made in Barbara's name to Midway Methodist Church in Kannapolis where she worshipped for more than 60 years.
