He is survived by: his wife Carol Stoker Blackburn; his daughter Kim Blackburn Green (Tony) of Lewisville; his brother Johnny Blackburn (Renda) of Eden; his grandchildren, Taylor Green, Alex Green, Jordan Green and Skylar Green; and his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Stoker of Elkin and Gayle Stoker (Geraldine) of State Road. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
