He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas David Pulliam Sr. and Lillian Lamb; and his stepfather Louis Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine; his daughter Pam Burleson (Ed) of Clayton, NC; and his grandsons, Seth (Cydney Burleson) and Mitchell Burleson. He is also survived by his family, his business family and friends.

In Lieu of Flowers memorials may be made in David's memory to Life Community Church.
