She was predeceased by: her parents, Broadus Collins and Margaret Collins; her husband Norman Annis; and her son Donald Scott Annis. She is survived by: her children, Angela Foster-Johnson of High Point and Gary C Annis of Anchorage, Alaska; her grandchildren, Amy Chausse, Kristin Wilkinson, Amanda Foster Anderson (Ben), Tripp Foster (Maggie), Cole Foster, Morgan Johnson, Riley Annis, Chandler Annis, Parker Annis and Owen Annis; and her sister Gaynell Rumley. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
