She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Alice Page Cody and Elmer Earl Cody (Lowell Dean Long); and her brothers, Earl, Robert and Kyle Cody.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (MaryAnn) of Wilmington, Sonya (Stephen) of Greensboro and Tim (Sandy) of Wallburg; her grandchildren, Sarah (Marty), Nick (Caitlin), Stephanie (Casey), Nicole (Will), Jordan (Zach), Cody and Pierce; and her great grandchild Connor.
