He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Alois and Lillian Kubicek Dolejs; his wife JoAnn Lewis Dolejs; and his brother Anton A. Dolejs Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Mark Dolejs (Pam) of Durham and Susan Dolejs Blair of High Point; his grandchildren, Ian Dolejs, Abby McMahon and Matthew Blair; and his nieces and nephews, Norman Dolejs of Illinois, Raymond Dolejs of Illinois, Jamie Glass of Illinois and John Lewis of Illinois.
