She is survived by: her children, Susan Hayworth (Mel), Jennifer Bopp and John Bain (Susan); her grandchildren, Ben, Jessica, Kelly, Matt, Nicole and Alex; her great grandchildren, Noah, Sammy and Andy; and her close friend Carl Johnson.

Memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Piedmont or Brookdale at Skeet Club.
