It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Leverne Tatum of Jamestown, North Carolina, born in White Oak, North Carolina, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Tatum and Aleen Tatum; his wife Linda Tatum; his daughter Cindy Ganous; and his sister Margie Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Garrett Tatum (Deby) and Kelly McCurry; his grandchildren, Gregory Ganous (Heather), Spenser Smith (Jimmy), Cameron Ganous (Alexis), Oliva Adzima (Austin), Tyler McCurry (Meredith) and Lauren McCurry; his son-in-law Gregg Ganous; and his sisters, Lib Sessoms, Shirley Chason, Ann Dunn and Judy Bradshaw (Ed). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
