She is survived by: her daughter Glenda Brookbank of Jamestown; her brother Howard Dalton of Jamestown; her grandson David Brookbank, Jr. (Amanda) of High Point; and her great grandchildren, Madalyn Grace Brookbank of High Point and Leeza Grae Brookbank of High Point.
