She was predeceased by: her father Seth R.; her grandmother Hinson Cartret; her husband John B. Davis; and her siblings, Adele Atkinson, Edna Lewis and R. V. Cartret.
She is survived by: her children, John Edward Davis (Susie) of Horneytown, Margaret Davis Spoon (Donald) of Thomasville, Mary Davis Meeks of High Point and Debra Davis Williamson (Bobby) of Lexington; and her sister Beatrice Worley of Whiteville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
