He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry William Jell, Sr. and Nardina Jell (Alba); his wife Jeane Harriet Jones Jell; and his siblings, Richard A. Jell, Robert L. Jell and Catherine "Kitty" D'Angelo.
He is survived by: his sons, William Andrew Jell (Mia Lampe) and Jeffrey Matthew Jell; his granddaughter Jeana Jell Farlow (Stephen); and his great grandchild Catherine Jean Farlow.
