She is survived by: her caregiver Practitioner; her husband Dale Roger Andrews; her children, Holly Andrews Haney (Thomas Edward Haney III) of Lenoir and Michael Dale Andrews (Shannon Alley Andrews) of Concord; her grandchildren, Madelyn Andrews, Warren Andrews, Windsor Haney and Brogan Haney; and her sisters, Vicky Lail (Floyd Lail) of Hickory and Bonnie Mann of Hudson.
