He is survived by: his mother Sarah Blankenship Miller; his sons, Michael Miller (Anna), Brian Miller, Tony Miller and Jeremy Miller; and his siblings, Barbara Barney, Eric Miller (Tammy), Tracy Nelson (Robin), Lisa Cook (Terry) and Tonya Wright.
