He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Patrick Hubbard and Fran Hubbard Miller. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ramsey Hubbard; his son Phillip Lawrence Hubbard, Jr.; his wife Cathy of Lenoir; his daughter Christie Hubbard Brewer (Michael) of Lenoir; his sister Becky Hubbard Helton (Mike) of Hickory; and his grandson Garrett Austin Hubbard of Jacksonville, N. C.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
