He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Madison and Helen Madison; his son Timothy L. Madison of Hudson; and his stepdaughter Tammy Church of Ohio. He is survived by: his wife Millie Bean Plyler Madison; his sons, Randy N. Madison of Hudson and Gregory E. Madison (Susan) of Daniels; his stepdaughter Tisha Coffey of New Bern; and his brothers, Ernest Madison of Omaha and Gary Madison (Dixie) of Anita, Iowa. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, face coverings must be worn in the funeral home at all times and other precautions will be followed and enforced.
