He was predeceased by: his grandmother Marie Brotherton. He is survived by: his parent Brenda Cash; his daughters, Kayla Hicks and Marissa Rose Hicks; his grandson Jesse Kade Turner; and his brothers, Johnny Hicks and Chris Hicks. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
