He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garfield Barker and Bertha Shumate Barker; his sister Ann Tester; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Barker. He is survived by: his wife Louise Crane Barker; his children, Jimmy Barker, Lisa Davis (Tom) and Tina Barker (Kevin Kern); his brother Richard "Red" Barker; and his grandchildren, Richard, Crystal, Michael, Kayla, Josh, Zack, Nick, Tiffany, Haley and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
