She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wallace and Edith Watkins Fowler; and her daughter Michelle Chester. She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Godfrey; her son Roger Price, Jr. of Lenoir; her stepsons, Gary Godfrey (Michelle) of Lenoir and Shaun Godfrey of Rhodhiss; her daughter Peggy Sue Price of Hudson; and her siblings, Fred Fowler of Granite Falls, Rocky Fowler of Lenoir, Terry Fowler (Kim) of Granite Falls, Frances Shukis of Lenoir and Diane Shaver (Gary) of Statesville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
