She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Triplett and Anna Lou Steele Triplett; her grandson TJ Lewis; and her siblings, Marvin Triplett, Beulah Warlick and Helen Triplett.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde Franklin Church; her daughters, Patti Proctor of Granite Falls, Tina Slaughter (Tim Call) of Granite Falls and Terrie Cook (Ron) of Hickory; her siblings, Charles Triplett (Mildred) of Lenoir and Mary Sue Drum of Lenoir; and her grandchildren, Marcia C. Kinley (Dustin) of Lenoir, Brooke Slaughter of Granite Falls and Brett Slaughter.
Due to COVID-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
