Ervin Truitt Haas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin Truitt Haas of Hudson, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Haas and Bertha Bollinger Haas; and his wife Mary Morgan Haas. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Haas (Susan) of Hudson, Laura Norris of Hudson, Kim Singleton (Buck) of Hudson and Debbie Coffey (David) of Granite Falls; his sisters, Katherine Kale of Louisiana, Gladys Hass of South Carolina and Shirley Haas of Lenoir; and his grandchildren, Chris Norris (Karri), Justin Haas, Russell Coffey (Amy) and Amber Singleton (Nick). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood Street NW, Lenoir, NC 28645.
