She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Howell and Maggie Robinson Howell; her husband Jack D. Wilcox; her children, J. David Wilcox and Karen Wilcox Pennell; her siblings, James, Gene Howell and Jessie Howell Bolick; and her sister-in-law Edith Howell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Rothrock (John) of Hudson and Elaine Booth (Tommy) of Hudson; her brothers, Jay Howell (Marnelle) of Lenoir and Bill Howell of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Billy Berry (Jessica), Shawn Day (Amber), Nikki Greer (Jeremy Greer) and Joshua Goforth (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Mason Day, Caleb Berry, Cameron Day, Gracie Day, Micah Greer, Paige Goforth, Elijah Goforth and Kira Berry; her great great grandchildren, Cali and Tatum Day; and her stepgrandchildren, Bryson Greer and Lily Mathis.
