He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Rose and Lucille Dillard Rose; and his siblings, Edith Howell, Edna Chatham and Jimmie Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Thomas Rose; his children, Martin Rose (Joi) and Dawn Fox (Tim); his grandchildren, Jessica Rose, Dylan Rose, Karey Rose, Eric Fox and Lindsay Matthews; and his great grandchildren, Hatley Fox, Leila Courtney and Avery Matthews. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
