He was predeceased by: his father David Godfrey. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Godfrey of Hudson; his sister Tonia Matthews of Lenoir; his nephews, Michael of Lenoir and Gabriel Scott of Lenoir; his brother Clay Godfrey (Lori) of Conover, NC; and his niece Nina Godfrey.
