He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin B. Cloer and Vene McGee Cloer; his sister Thelma L. Cloer; and his grandson William J. Powell. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Necaise Cloer; his children, Scott E. Cloer and Adrienne Cloer Powell; his grandchildren, Alyse A. Powell Fry (Robert N. Fry) and Jackson E. Powell; and his siblings, Dallas E. Cloer (Loretta H. Cloer) and Maxyne M. Cloer. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
