He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray and Evelyn Curtis. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Curtis and Susan Edmisten Curtis; his wife Amanda Parks Curtis; his sons, Benjamin Aaron Curtis and Joshua Alan Curtis; his sister Sara Curtis Johnson (Sam); his niece Katherine Johnson; and his grandparents, Rufus and JoAnn Edmisten.
