It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Bell Howard of Hubert, North Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her children, William F. Bell, Mary E. Frazier Bell, Herbert and Maggie Bell Riggs; her husband Rommie Howard; her daughters, Sharon LaPaz (Wayne) of Hubert and Kim Howard (Barry) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Josh Quinn (Brooke), Jacob Quinn (Summer) and Kristin Howard; and her great grandchild Watson Quinn.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, 614 W. Corbett Ave., Swansboro, NC 28584.
