It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michelle Carter Parow of Hope Mills, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mackie Carter (Patricia) and Cindy Carter; her husband Charles Joseph "C. J." Parow II; her daughters, Taylor Belch (Parker) and Lauren Parow; her granddaughter Raelyn Belch; her sister Crystal Gwin; and her nieces, Andrea and Brittney Gwin.
