He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Andrew Phillips and Kelly Horne Phillips; his sister Kayla Phillips Horne (Garrett); his grandmother JoAnne Matthews Phillips; his uncle Edward Ray Phillips, Jr. (Kelli); and his cousins, Taylor Collins (Sean) and Garrett Phillips.
