He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Bullock; his grandparents, Thomas and Marie Bullock; his father Donnie Bullock; his brothers, Mike and Jay Bullock; his nephew Philip Colston; and his niece Renee Colston.

He is survived by: his mother Shirley R. Waller; and his siblings, Dianne Combs, Sybil Cross, Belinda Waller, Tina Carlson, Susan Vogel, Doral Whisman and Daniel Waller.
