He is survived by: his wife Jenell O'Fay; his daughter Dinah Alvarado (Alex) of Fayetteville; his brothers, Tommy Fay (Peggy), JC Fay (Becky) of Kentucky and Danny Fay (Martha) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jonah O'Fay, Athena Alvarado, Alexander Alvarado Jr., Nicole Lemke, Paige Lemke and Steven Lemke. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
