He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Gardner; and his brother Wayne Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his son Kristopher Gardner of Holly Ridge; his father Hubert Gardner (Sharon); and his sisters, Debbie Stapleton of Tennessee, Rhonda Holder of Tennessee and Sandi Gardner of Tennessee.
