He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Helen Smith. He is survived by: his children, James Clifton Keith Smith of Holly Ridge, NC and Samantha Smith of Jacksonville, NC; his siblings, Roger Smith (Flo) of Holly Ridge, NC and Jennifer Smith of Holly Ridge, NC; and his grandchildren, Carlos, Juan, Breanna, Maria, Presley and Monroe. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
