She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlinza Padgett and Marenda Padgett; her husband Cecil Franklin Raynor; her son Bruce Dale Raynor; and her siblings, Thelma Padgett, Victoria Jarman, Inez Raynor, Vernell Rawls, Elneeta Marinor, Veston Padgett and Herman Padgett.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Raynor (Kathy) of Summerville, SC and Marenda Raynor Goines of Holly Ridge; her daughter-in-law Debbie Raynor of Autryville; and her grandchildren, Josh Raynor, John Raynor, Jeffrey Raynor, Brian Raynor, Jennifer Smith and Paula Goines. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
