He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marion and Pearl Blake Fifer; his wife Shirley Lewis Fifer; and his sons, Michael Earl and Robert Lee Fifer.
He is survived by: his son John Fifer (Sandy); his daughters-in-law, Rochelle Fifer and Carol Fifer; his grandchildren, Christopher Fifer (Kristen), Sabrina Fifer, Brennan Fifer (Savannah) and Jensey Fifer; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Archer, Caleb and Easton.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
