It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otho Cecil Robinson of Hillsborough, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho W. Robinson and Willie E. Robinson (Carrol); and his daughter Sherry Robinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Riggsbee of Chapel Hill and Diane O'Dell of Pittsboro. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
