She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Renee Woods (Preston O. Woods, Jr.) of Durham; her sister Giovannia Creech of Durham; her sisters-in-law, Dottie Crawford of Tryon and Carolyn Woods Stratford of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and her friend Jan Irwin of Hillsborough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
