She was predeceased by: her parents, Madison Robbins and Ruby Overby Robbins; her husband Arval Leroy Gross; and her siblings, Bobby Ray Robbins and Elizabeth Madeline Gann.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Whalen (Mark), Arthur Morrison (Eddye Jo), Charlotte Clouiter (Leo) and Lauren "Ellie" James. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
