He was predeceased by: his parent Alex Garland. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Garland; his wife Gail; his daughter Gretchen Beck (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cooper of Etowah, NC, Dylan of Etowah, NC and Abigail of Etowah, NC; his sisters, Rebecca Cragg (Charles) of Copperas Cove, TX and Mary Newton of Pendleton, SC; his son Kevin Beck; and his brothers, Weldon Keener, Ervin Keener, Bruce Keener, Randy Brown, Ronald DeMore and Milton Estes.
