He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford Talley and Myrtle Bryson Talley; and his brothers, Richard Talley and Golie Talley. He is survived by: his son Tommy James; his siblings, Naomi Chastain of Highlands, NC and Novie Talley of Franklin, NC; and his sister-in-law Glenda Talley of Clayton, GA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great‑grandchildren.
