He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford "Dutch" Davis and Ruth Woodruff Davis; and his siblings, Cora Ann Davis, Velma Cox and Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Davis; his daughters, Lori Flowers (Van) of Lebanon, TN. and Lisa Oberst (Dan) of Bowling Green, KY; and his grandchildren, Georgia Flowers, Davis Oberst and Danielle Oberst.
