He is survived by: his wife Bonny Upright Jolly; his children, Charles Stamey Jolly (Sharon), Patrick F. Speece (Renee) of Statesville Nc and Terry Laprell of Hiddenite Nc; and his siblings, Buddy Jolly of Hiddenite Nc, Elna Cambell of Statesville and Emma Lou McCall of Salisbury Nc. He is also survived by Four grandchildren.
