He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Deal and Amanda Simpson; his close friend Lucille Hefner; his brothers, Bill Lackey (Yvonne) and Bob Lackey; his grandchildren, Alex Deal (Greg), Aaron Deal, Emily Simpson (Will), Hillary Montieth (Josh), Rebekah Peterson (Sawyer), Ethan Deal and Jeremy Simpson (Peyton); his great grandchildren, Lawson, Maddox Montieth, Aubrey, Adley, Lainey and Meritt Peterson; and his caregivers, Sandy Austin, Sarah Embler, Laurie Whitworth, McKenna Hundley, Gracie Cordell and Baylie Beal.
