Peggy Joyce Griffin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Joyce Griffin of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on July 2, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Peggy Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Peggy Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Willis and Henrietta Kirby Ellis; her husband Frank Griffin; her son Danny Sigmon; and her grandson Scottie Sigmon.

She is survived by: her great grandchild Jayce Sigmon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gloryland Baptist Church of Hildebran in Peggy's name.
